We had a great time visiting Jungle Cat World yesterday, having take part in the Behind the Scene adventure. We initially booked the Tiger Adventure, hoping to get up close and personal with Contessa, their new Amur Tiger pup. A last minute schedule conflict made it impossible to be in the same enclosure with Contessa. The Staff at Jungle Cat... More

I was treated to an amazing experience at Jungle Cat World, by my children. They surprised me with the "Behind the Scenes" tiger encounter. They knew I had always wanted to pet a tiger, and they made my dream come true!! It was an experience I'll NEVER forget!! My daughter and I went on the adventure together, while my son... More

We did the behind the scenes tour as well wander the zoo afterwards. Jen was a fantastic guide. She was fun and knoweldgeable. We had never been to Jungle Cat World before so we were not sure what to expect. We were very happy with our experience. We spent time with lemurs, the red kangaroo and an African Serval cat.... It was worth the drive. Nice bed & breakfast. Personal attention made us feel special. Very special memories created with the Tiger Adventure. More animals than we anticipated. Animals were very healthy. Cool sleeping in the middle of a zoo with night time access after hours.

It was a great getaway from the city. Family owned facility, staff are very friendly. The animals are entertaining and seems to be taken care of.

Tickets for this park were discounted to $7 on Groupon, it's not worth more than that anyhow. Very small, a few animals, no picnic area. Definitely not worth the drive for Torontonians. Safari Niagara is a far better option for the amount of driving and there are other niagara anemities around for after the visit.
