As mobs of people crowded the Tokyo Tower to go up for the views, I came here after dark to get some views of the city lit up. For a fraction of the price, I was brought to the top of this very nice building in a high speed elevator and saw AMAZING views. There were very few people at... More

A super quiet elevator quickly takes you to the observation deck where the view overlooking Tokyo is spectacular. Walking round each side gives a 360 degree vista from the Rainbow Bridge over the harbour to downtown Tokyo. Display boards describe the buildings and green areas you are seeing all the way round this fascinating attraction. It was interesting to see... More

One of the best places to create time-lapse videos and tilt-shift photos. Lovely way to see and experience Tokyo. Nice, clean toilets, too!

A quiet and spacious setting for a bird's eye view; capturing the sprawling city below. Great spot photographers and tourists alike.

Seaside Top is on the 40th Floor of the building called World Trade Building which is connected to the Hato Tour Bus on the ground floor as well as a train station to go to other places within the city. From the 40th floor one can see the entire view of Tokyo from west, east, north and south side of... More

The view from the top was good, even though I was there on a rainy day. You can also get good pictures of Tokyo Tower and Tokyo harbor from here. I was there around 9am-10am and I was all alone up there, so the place was nice and quiet.

We visited the Observatory in the morning, and we were practically alone. There are many chairs and couches to sit and enjoy the view. It also gives a great view of the temple and the Tokyo Tower. We went to quite a lot of observatories. This one really is the best and it's super close to many train or metro... More

This place you should visit. From here you can see the beauty around the city's Modern Tokyo, such as Mt. Fuji, Tokyo Tower, Tokyo SkyTree, Roppongi Hills, Tokyo Bay. Dont miss it!

Went here with my son In August. The World Trade Center Building observation deck is located on the top floor and gives a 360 degree view of the city below. The west side commands a bird’s-eye view of Zojo-ji Temple. Also it includes views of Kyu Shiba Rikyu garden, Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Bay and passing shinkansen, Yamanote Line, Tokyo Monorail... More

This indoor observation deck is has a really nice view of the city from the 45th floor of Tokyo's world trade building. It has areas to sit and enjoy the view!

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
