Located just outside the Diver City Mall, there is anime show facing the building where people sat at the outdoor park watching it. There are also merchandise shop selling Gundam figurines, shirt etc. Gundam café also located in front of the shop.

I found the area delightful. Beautiful gardens, lots of modern buildings, a great deal of shops all surrounding the gigantic replica of Gundam. There are so many choices of food, in the various floors are tremendous. Pizza, curry, sushi, pretzels, you name it, they have it. Can't wait to go back.

I visited around October 2012. For anyone who isn't a fan of Gundam, this is basically just an opportunity to take a picture with a giant robot and say "Wow Japan is so weird". It's right outside a shopping mall and there are more in the area so there is stuff to do around this.

While the huge, life-size Gundam in front is impressive, the exhibition on 7f is quite lame. It was not crowded at all when I went there on Saturday. Archives, museums, etc are strictly for fans and the photo shoot with characters from Gundam is too childish. It could have been done better if they put more interactive stuff inside, instead... If i had known this was at a shopping mall, i would have dedicated a full day to this. Gundam Front Tokyo is a mecca for all anime and Gundam fans. It has the 1:1 scale RX 78-2 Gundam and a small Gundam cafe and a van that has EXCLUSIVE gunpla (gundam/plastic hobby models). Whilst the small Gundam cafe has... More

I stayed late for the light show, outside the plaza, and It was amazing, I enjoyed every minute. The museum is great and the movie dome was better than expected. I bought the picture set, It includes a 2D and 3D picture. they let you choose the frames to print and they have 3 different uniforms to wear for the... More

Worth a visit for those who love Gundam and with Kids but be prepared to buy stuff. Gundam statue normally moves (its head only) with lights but the kids will enjoy

The title says all. If you intend to pay to get into Gundam Front museum. Expect the title. The Dome-G movie is worth the price of admission where you see awesome gundam battle between the unicorns. However, many of the other stuff is just history on gunpla. If you don't know what gunpla is, then this is probably not worth... More

I came here because well I live gundam and gunplas. The big 1:1 RX78 in front if the place is a Japan must see, it was really awesome. The museum on the other hand was kinda of a let down: ok there were all the gunplas ever created on display, and some blueprints and drawings, but I felt a bit... More
