IT was Php10 to tour the museum. It's a very small museum but had a lot of interesting facts about Bohol. I'm glad we stumbled upon it when we explored the city.

The museum has sustained a large amount of structural damage and is closed due to the amount of structural damage and for the well being of the public's safety.

The bohol museum located in an old building infront of the Tagbilaran cathedral is worth visiting specially to learn about the people of Bohol. They have displays of "the Prehistoric Boholano," complete with the burial jar and ofcourse the ubiquitous tarsier. Entrance to the museum is ridiculously cheap and the place clean and nice. Try to visit the place whenever... More

Without Bohol museum, I would not be able to appreciate the "Chocolate Hills", the "tarsier" and all other unique experiences in Bohol. The written text and diorama were very helpful.

It is a nice Spanish style building made from coral right at the center of town next to the capitol building and the cathedral. There are several nice things to see inside like stuffed animals, skeletons of 500 year old Boholano people, ancient artifacts, a nice carving and artwork, models of churches and more, it is not very big but...
