Alligator bay is a great place to visit with children or as a couple. The park is well laid out and all the animals were easy to see. Inside the reptile house is great for older children as there are tunnels under the tanks where you come up into a dome in the centre of the exhibit area; face to... More

This was an interesting visit, the staff were very friendly and helpful, although when told of a distressed tortoise that had ended up on its back they didn't seem to concerned but that could have been a language barrier issue. Most of the enclosures were spacious for the species but a lot weren't, But then these could have been quarantined... More

Really superb family visit, amazing number of alligators, reptiles, tortoises/terrapins, all seemingly very happy in a well laid out attraction. A great touch that I hadn't seen before were 'crawl through' viewing chambers taking kids right inside many of the animal habitats. Good value too.

What a treat this was! The alligators and crocodiles were impressive, but the snake labyrinth was the highlight, full of very active snakes of all sizes, and a number of clever ways for the kids (and adventurous adults) to get very close indeed. Topped by lovely and inexpensive crepes, and a great gift shop.

Really enjoyed a few hours here, both my boys age 2 & 6 love it and so did my husband and I. There was an opportunity to touch a tortoise. The reptile house was one of the best I've seen, with a lovely twist for the kids to climb through some of the displays. It was clean, well spaced which... More

This is our second visit the first was two years ago in may, it was being done up at the time, this time the reptile house was complete but it was very busy and we visited in the morning, by the afternoon it was too busy to enjoy (and the aligator get smellier as the day goes on), having said... Amazing array of turtles, lizards, snakes, tortoises and crocs and gators. Not like an average zoo park, that may have a few dull snakes, but a place alive with sheer numbers and range of animals. A good 30 Nile crocs, as well as 20 or more American alligators. All animals within easy view and very often moving around. Each animal... More

Brilliant place. Easy to find, free parking and good value entry, albeit a bit smelly at times!! Learnt a lot about reptiles, including alligators, crocodiles and tortoises. We would not recommend the crepes as they were overpriced and a bit rubbery!
