Lovely little village built around a river and weir. Very picturesque with little castle ruins. You can get some lovely photos. Not too much to do. But a nice stop off on the way to somewhere else.

There are a few shops some nice restaurants and cafes and a nice ice cream place. Lots of waterwheels. It is a very picturesque... More

Borghetto is beautiful! You park just outside the village (about 1.5 euros and hour) and then walk in. There are a few little shops and a few restaurants. We had an amazing meal in one (Lo Stappo) and a great Mojito in the one opposite. The setting is stunning and it's worth a walk up to the castle. We managed... More

Borghetto is a tiny village mostly built on water streams, looking like a small Venice. You can park your car on a paid parking outside, cross the bridge and dedicate 15 minutes to an easy walk through the short streets of ancient buildings and watermills. There are several bars and restaurants that will suggest you a place for lunch, coffee... More

one of the loveliest villages I have ever visited... very small, but so pitoresque it is really worthwhile a little detour when you are in the neighbourhood.

Recommended by our host to visit. Very pretty village and a contrast to the other beautiful towns and villages we've visited thought lake Garda. Glad we went and also had a delicious meal. The tortiollina is famous in this area, apparently.
