My wife and I took the rubber-raft Zodiac Whale Cruise in Tiverton, on Digby Neck. It was AWESOME ! Price was very good and we had a humpback whale come right for the raft...rise up and then went under the raft...rolled over...and came up on the other side! A mom and her calf !! I got amazing pics !!! I... More

We drove from Hubbards on the South shore to Brier Island and it was a long drive, but very well worth it. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Captain Harold has been doing this a long time and was able to predict where the whales would be and kept us close. There were some really fantastic sightings with the... More

This was perhaps the highlight of a week-long trip to Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. From the very friendly and very knowledgeable guides and captain to an amazing viewing experience, this was a great value. The boat was comfortable and the trip was about 4 hours. These folks know the whales and have named them as part of the research... More

We planned the whale watching trip in advance and hoped for the best, since the weather wasn't that promising. We did go, though, and it was amazing. We saw several humpback whales. I think 5 in total. They would come quite close and it was amazing to see these enormous creatures swimming serenely around us. So calm and gentle they... More

We were treated to a spectacular display from the whales and a professional display from our hosts at Brier Island Whale and Seabird Cruises. Harold, Shelly and Cindy new their stuff and made the whole trip excellent... More

Each time we have visited Brier Island, we have gone on a whale watch with Brier Island Whale and Seabird Cruises. We have always seen whales with them and each sighting is a unique experience. The folks on board that guide the experience are incredibly knowledgable and are deeply interested in preserving the Bay of Fundy. I even saw 2... More

Amazing, and the guides are very informative. Part of the ticket costs go to reserach about the whales. There is a bathroom on the larger "Mega Nova" boat. You can bring snacks, and drinks. They even have a T.V. and books incase there is a lull in the whale action. Ages 2 and up will enjoy it. Its a new... More

This is not a tourist activity that I thought I'd do, but my friend told me we are going. The day we went it was raining in the morning, so it didn't look good. At the B&B in Digby where we stayed the night before, we talked to a couple that went on the same tour we were going on.... More
