Canopy Tours did a terrifc job with the zip lining while we were in Costa Rica. It was very safe and they had a good ratio of guides/tourists to ensure that it moved well and people were comfortable. It's really hot in the forest though so be prepared to bake while your doing this and hydrate before you venture out.
