"Sulfur" being the operative word. A lovely spa with indoor and outdoor pools in a mostly relaxing atmosphere (noisy children can dampen any romantic notions you might have) and the slightly nauseating stench of sulfur. The smell is not so bad when you're in the water but when we drove to the nearby hotel to look around we wondered how... More

This spa was in one of the most beautiful locations I have ever seen. The pools look over the Tuscan countryside with sunset views. The landscaping is lovely with numerous lounge chairs. There were three pools. The indoor one was the warmest. The one just outside the octagonal building was the perfect temperature to be able to stay in for... More

Found out about this thermal pool when staying nearby. Spent several hours there in the afternoon and loved it. Indoor source water pool at about 39 degrees (c), the 2 large outdoor pools a little bit cooler. Lots of spots to lay back and relax, and nice view too. Very Theraputic, and the White mud is a good body/face rub.... More

We went on a weekday which was not busy, pools were clean and warm. Food in the cafe was very reasonable and freshly made pasta good. One tip is to take your own towels, bathrobes and toiletries as all are charged as extras.

The terme was a short walk from my hotel. I arrived in the evening and was able to order a nice salad. If a meal and table service is desired a reservation is needed; otherwise it is possible to sit at the counter. Towels and bathrobes are available for rent, as well as a lock for locker room. The building... More

This is a nice place to enjoy the thermo spring and relax if you cannot enjoy the Tuscany sun because of the bad weather. There is in door pool connected to outdoor pool, which is perfect for rainy or cold days. Make sure to bring your own bath robes, towels, slippers, and shampoo.

If you have a chance to come here, do it on a Saturday and perhaps book their "Sabato romantico" package (pool, couple 30 min massage and dinner with prefixed menu).

My husband and I stopped here during our trip to Tuscany. The Terme seemed beautiful but now I am at home suffering with a bladder infection. Who know's what was in that water, but please BEWARE!!! Now on antibiotics for the next 3 days!

When we travel to Tuscany, we always go to Rapolano Terme a few times during our stay. You can just show up and pay about 15 euros to stay for the day. I would suggest bringing your own towels and robe and shower items so that you don't have to rent or buy them. Once you go in, you can... More
