We took a bus from Siena which was no problem. We went to the spring you will need to take swimmers, towel & thongs. We didn't have towels & had to buy them € 12. We had a sunny 14 for January amazing we got a little tanned. Very relaxing but make sure you take all your jewellery off it... More

A return visit found the terme disappointing. I had to ask for a receipt for my entrance fee which they were reluctant to give me... The terme was real busy. Since my last visit they have re-formed the outside pool, now curvaceous, more intimate but lacking the free access through the smaller baths to the giant pool below, a shame... More

Most everyone knows that the tuscany region has these beneficial sulfer spas. Well this place is one of my favorites.. The pools here are amazingly large inside and outside.Everything was so very clean and modern. They do a whole array of packages..(.if you wanted to get for example a massage or facial) But the pools are interesting because at the... More

I came here with some friends through fun in tuscany (which is a great program), however i was overall disappointed with the quality of the baths. not only were the baths all the same temperature, they were crowded and murky. Although relaxing, the aftereffects of the water were less than pleasing. Because of all of the silica in the water... More

This was the second spa we visited in this region during our trip to Siena. There are 2 large outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool. The water temperature here was nice and HOT!!! There were lots of lounge chairs and a nice grassy area. We had a nice lunch here too. They offer beautiful salads and sandwiches. At this facility,... More

Spend a day here every summer. Very reasonably priced at 13 euro per person for the entire day. Price includes entry to all pools and uses of umbrellas loungers ect. The pools are of different temperatures and cool as you drop from one to the next. The top pool, indoor, is hot, almost bath temps with the bottom one a pleasant... More

Spend a spectacularly warm & sunny day in Tuscany at Terme di San Giovanni. The location is unbelievable with great views, lots of lounge chairs, and umbrellas. Pools are incredible with several to choose from (varying temperatures, waterfalls, etc.). Great bar to have a light lunch and wonderful message to end the day (treated like a king!). We will be... The dressing rooms are not as roomy as they could be, and the shower area definitely needs improvement (four stalls with no curtains). However, the pools and surrounding decks and lawns with lounge chairs make up for it, and the view is magnificent from the hilltop where the hot spring is located. The pools cool progressively the further they are... More

An elegant spa with the quality and ambiance you expect from high end spas in the States - I love the cascading outdoor pools with a view of the Tuscan hills as a backdrop. Don't miss this lively respite in the Siena and Chianti area.
