The beach is set in a large cove and has easy access to all as there are a few ramps leading down to it. The beach is made up of fine sand and slopes gently out into the water so it is suitable for families with small children. The water is clear, clean and when we were there in June... More

This beach is very well organised, you will find a lot of services to have a great experience there: toilets, facilities for chair wheels, lifeguards, playgrounds, aquatic games, ... The beach has the Blue Flag category and you will enjoy it a lot. It's a perfect place to come with the family. There are some chiringuitos on the beach to... More

We never get tired of visiting this place. The beaches are fabulous and the bars and restaurants many and varied. From the 'strip' in Mil Palmeras, the Olympia Pool Bar, the great, cheap, local food/bar and the tennis court near Riomar residential area. The Latino plaza is different agaib. But you must take a stroll into Torre del la Horadada... More

Worth a visit. I chose to go on the hottest day of the year!!! I would definitely go back. No hassle easy atmosphere. I went with friends who live there so was easier I suspect.

Whilst of course there is a mix of nationalities, during the summer this beach has a very Spanish feel, especially at weekends and in the evenings when the Spanish will linger long after the British have left. It is often very busy which is great fun but some people might prefer to walk further a long to find more space.... More

This is an excellent place to visit. The beach is long and clean and whilst more busy than in recent years it's plenty big enough to find your own spot. For lunch we once again went to our favourite, Strandcafe, for scrambled eggs (3), bacon and toast - delicious. We'll always come back.

This is our 2nd family vacation to mil palmeras and it won't be our last. This is a blue flag beach and I would highly recommend this beach for families with young children. This is a very safe clean beach and has lifeguards on duty. There are 2 beach bars on the beach and several other restaurants on the plaza... More

We come every year to this beach as we have a place nearby. It has everything we need for a relaxing sun soaked beach holiday. You can get a good massage while you snooze in the sun for a very good price, highly recommended. It's a lovely beach to walk along with a couple of good beach bars which serve... More

This is a beautiful beach only a 10 min. drive from Torrevieja. The sand is soft and white, and wide enough for many activities, such as beachvolleyball. You can find some nice beachbars, where you can get what you need for a summerday on the beach. Some areas there are a few rocks out in the water, but you can... More

Fantastic beach, soft sand and plenty of it, lots of space, ideal to families. Spent an afternoon in the beach bar at the southern end of the beach just watching the world go by with a few beers. Ended up ordering a Paella - one of the best we had on our 'Road Trip'
