This really is a lovely beach and a wonderful place to lay back and appreciate the spectacular Spanish sunshine. We visited in August 2013 and had a lovely time. The beach bar is a great place to rehydrate (with beer!), which we did on many occasions. Not quite as touristy as many other parts of Spain but can still get... More

I have been here several times now and I love it, beautiful location with a lovely clean beach including a children's play area. Lots of lovely little shops and cafes along the promenade including a fab gelato shop that sells the most amazing icecream. A few supermarkets around, a nice Chinese and a takeaway pizza shop. In the summer the... More

Plentiful parking (€1), soft white sand, safe gentle shelving, sunbeds for hire, beach bars, banana boat and inflatable assault course (in the sea). Even plentiful restaurants immediately behind the beach. Ideal for families except for the absence of toilets (unless disabled). Perhaps I walked straight past them (typical bloke wouldn't ask!)

Mil Palmeras beach, set at the bottom of the Main street of Restaurants. A long narrowish beach, with safe bathing. Long walks available with handy promenade and beach bar cafes.

A beautiful stretch of beach which we found easy to park near in September. Parking is free. There are some bars nearby that also serve snacks. A small beer cost 1.5 euros. On a breezy day it is possible to body surf safely. At other times the sea can be almost smooth. Quite a number of beach sellers walk up... More
