This is a beautiful beach only a 10 min. drive from Torrevieja. The sand is soft and white, and wide enough for many activities, such as beachvolleyball. You can find some nice beachbars, where you can get what you need for a summerday on the beach. Some areas there are a few rocks out in the water, but you can... More

Fantastic beach, soft sand and plenty of it, lots of space, ideal to families. Spent an afternoon in the beach bar at the southern end of the beach just watching the world go by with a few beers. Ended up ordering a Paella - one of the best we had on our 'Road Trip'

Been here on numerous occasions and approach from the Riomar side. We then walk/paddle along the beach to a lovely bar/restaurant and have a nice relaxing lunch overlooking the sea. Normally have the delicious scrambled eggs, bacon and toast.(Will take note of the name of restaurant next time - it's well worthy and deserving of mention). Following a leisurely stroll... More

Wonderful area, great beach, bar and restaurants within a short walk from beach, we came five years ago and is still exactly the same love the small Spanish style village where the restaurants and bars are bit like going back into time. Definitely worth a visit either during the day for the beach or dining in the evening at one... More

This really is a lovely beach and a wonderful place to lay back and appreciate the spectacular Spanish sunshine. We visited in August 2013 and had a lovely time. The beach bar is a great place to rehydrate (with beer!), which we did on many occasions. Not quite as touristy as many other parts of Spain but can still get... More

I have been here several times now and I love it, beautiful location with a lovely clean beach including a children's play area. Lots of lovely little shops and cafes along the promenade including a fab gelato shop that sells the most amazing icecream. A few supermarkets around, a nice Chinese and a takeaway pizza shop. In the summer the... More

Plentiful parking (€1), soft white sand, safe gentle shelving, sunbeds for hire, beach bars, banana boat and inflatable assault course (in the sea). Even plentiful restaurants immediately behind the beach. Ideal for families except for the absence of toilets (unless disabled). Perhaps I walked straight past them (typical bloke wouldn't ask!)
