In comparison to 10 years ago, there have been many improvements. Animals are in their habitat, noise is kept to a minimum, and tourists can no longer handle the animals.

After reading about the Tarsier, I learned that without the help of humans they would be extinct which made the visit to Tarsier Botanika all the more awesome. They are quite strict in what you are allowed to do in there, no loud noises, flash photography or touching the Tarsiers which I liked, I think it's important to protect them... More

The "Tarsier" businesses (there seem to be about 5 or 6 of them now, from a resort to water delivery trucks) are all run by the same person; and that person has a taste for excellence and correctly done businesses. This venture is outside of Alona Beach, perhaps 5 or 10 minutes ride/drive, and is reached by a mostly dirt... More

Good service and great view. I did not give 5 stars because i feel it a bit expensive and the food was not that great according to the price.

The food in this place is really good and fresh. The gardens and beach front simply breathtaking. Worth the detour!

Like PutneySW stays, this is not a Tarsier Park but restaurant and gardens not far from Alona. They are building villas to rent in the future and they looked pretty amazing from what I saw. The food is very nice (especially the desserts) and the view is fantastic. We ended going back for dinner because we enjoyed our lunch there.... More

There appears to be some confusion amongst posters for this site as several reviews would seem to be referring to The Tarsier Sanctuary at Corella which is completely different from these gardens. There are no tarsiers on display here, only some very attractive gardens and a fabulous restaurant overlooking the ocean also unfortunately some rather sad looking creatures in small... More

The meals are very here - especially the chicken curry. They also have delicious deserts very artfully presented.

I didn't know that an animal called Tarsier existed till I planned a trip to the Philippines. It is THE most adorable little thing and the guide was a gem of a person! Thoroughly enjoyed the visit!
