I visited the shop at Cnr Broke & Branxton Road with family. The collection of chocolate they got is amazing! Although bit pricey, chocolates are smooth, very high quality and yummy. We couldn't stop eating... a must visit place if you going to Hunter Valley. It is very close to Hunter Valley Garden.

Was expecting a whole lot more. Customer service would have been a bonus, perhaps even some samples to "taste test". We visited another attraction after this who offered us a "taste test" of their produce as soon as we arrived and from that we spent considerable money. A little more focus on "own brand goods" (with tasting) and better customer... More

We stop at the chocolate shop whenever we are in the hunter. There chocolates are delicious. Try the fresh strawberries dipped in hot fresh chocolate - my little one loves them.

We bought 6 x chocolates from the cabinet for $13. We were sooo excited to get home and eat them only to find they were awful. We took a small bite out of each one and tossed the rest. Dry, flavourless, not creamy or milky. A couple had an awful flavour which we couldn't identify. Best buy a couple of... More

i'm very dissapointed, the place is very small. i thought it's a big chocolate company like Margaret River in Perth, with lot's of choc tasting...also the staff are not friendly, evey when i asked few question, she didn't looked impressed. the kids tried on some chocs, and they didn't seem very happy... if you opened chocolate company, first thing you... I am sorry I have to say it's disappointing. We visited the main "Factory" and it is only a small chocolate shop that has a small window showing some of their staff wrapping chocolate.

They seem to have some very nice handmade chocolates but a lot of the shop is full of tat....an 'American corner' with peanut m&m's?!? And an 'adult corner' with boob shaped pasta?!? Completely devalues any skill or quality they may have as chocolate producers. Nice stop if you're desperate for a sugar hit.

We came across this shop when we were in the Hunter Valley but we didn't have time to go in and buy anything. I decided that I would buy some of their products over the internet because I really wanted to try them. Unfortunately, none of their oils were on their site. I then went to the trouble of calling... The chocolate is good chocolate and the variety is wide. The prices are on the expensive side but that didn't stop me! The flavours were interesting and the chocolate smooth. Serivice was very good too.
