Abseil Africa is a must do expirience and wonderful time. We wer on top of Table Mountain and noticed Abseil Africa, and decided to give it a try. Abseiling off of Table Mountain was definitely a highlight from my trip to Cape Town. Although I was nervous since I had never done anything like this before, the guides were helpful and encouraging. The key is to avoid looking down and to just enjoy the amazing views around you...I can't even begin to describe the feeling of hanging off... more

This is great fun and definately worth while doing if you are going up Table Mountain and fancy something different. The Abseil itself is 112 metres, the worlds highest comertial abseil from my understanding. Is is a very safe and well organised company who make you feel at ease.
