Nice beach

It is really relaxing to hang out in the gazebos and the beach is very nice. Great for little kids. My daughter had a blast.

This beach is a great place to just sit and hang out for a while. The sunsets on this side of the island are beautiful. The best part about sunset beach is how close it is to the American Village where there is plenty of shopping, bars and restaurants. There is also a restaurant and bar right on the beach... More

The beach itself is very small, and sheltered by the estuary. It faces the setting sun, which is a brilliant requirement if you want to watch a sunset! The beach has a cement like staircase for about half of it, which provides a great seating area to watch the sunset and appears popular with fitness enthusiasts, many people run or... More

The water is a sparkling blue, and green. During low tide walk out and experince sea cucumbers and other rare sea creatures. Hermet crabs walk all along the beach, a treat for my young daughter and grandchildren. You can search around for sea glass or pottery that has washed ashore. A must see!!

We were booked in the nearby Vessel Campana hotel, which overlooks this little beach and loved people watching and picnicing at the free tables on the beach. Once we brought our own picnic, and the other time we booked the Bbq package from the Sunset Beach Bar, which offers unlimited drinks for 2 hours, meats, a gas BBQ on your... More

This small beach is closer to the American village (and all the accompanying restaurants & shops) but in our opinion not nearly as good as Araha beach which is a little further down the coast. The beach is manned by lifeguards and the swimming area is enclosed by buoys & nets to protect you from the jellyfish. There are toilets... More

Having American Village right next to it this beach offers a lot of infrastructure. Food and drinks, restrooms, playground, proper parking, everything available.

Public toilets are very clean. there is only cold water though. Beach is staff and you are able to walk around to other beaches on the water front. Also close to America Village. You will need a 100 coin for 3 mins shower.

Other than the fact that you can watch sunset over the ocean here, there is nothing much to be said about this manmade beach

I was told this beach was man-made but cannot ascertain. When I was there, it was the winter season and so the beach was closed. It is prohibited to swim there but if you want you can still soak your feet if the water was not very cold. There are many wooden chairs and tables provided (but for a fee).... More
