This is a must go if you are in Usa. Before you board the safari bus, the driver cum guide would give you a tray of meat, fruits and animal biscuits for you to feed the animals like lions, elephants, deers, bears etc inside the safari. A extremely exciting experience for city dwellers who have not seem animals in that close... More

We bought the set ticket consisting of bus ride, safari entrance and jungle bus which was value for money. The narration is in Japanese only, so it is better to visit with someone who can translate for you so that you can better enjoy the experience. It was a cold and rainy day and the jungle bus guide cautioned that... More

The jungle bus was great fun. You can opt to self drive but, will not be able to feed the animal. One thing to remember, only when the bus drive into the side road, you can then feed the animals. Great experience though a bit short.

Our favorite place, African Safari Zoo. Right after we arrived we took a jungle bus, per adult is 1,000yen (admission fee 2,300yen per adult is not included). On the bus we could feed Lion, Elephant, Giraffe, Zebra, American Black Bear, Ovis Musimon, American Bison, Blackbuck, Japanese Deer...rarely see and feed those wild animals so close, very excited! And we had... More

This place was more fun than I thought. I went in December and thought the place would be deserted. But once the announcement was made to board the jungle bus, people came crawling out of the woodwork from nowhere and the bus was packed. One tip: the fee includes a tray of food to feed the animals such as meat,... More

The one thing that the safari has going for it is that it is a safari. The animals are well behaved and it is a nice day out for the youngsters. There are also some other attractions such as the cat house, where you can mingle among the cats, or the dog house and pony rides. The down side involves... More

From a peaceful Japanese valley, to deepest darkest Africa! OK, that really is an exaggeration. But once we were staring into the eyes of the big animals, it was another world. We went this place for our 4yo son's kindergarten trip. My husband loved this place as well as my son. We have done this type of safari before in... More
