This museum re-opened a couple of weeks ago and everything looks brand new. Whatever was in the building with it before hasn't yet moved back in, so the only thing here is the museum on the upper level. Unfortunately I found out by trying to visit that this museum, and the rest of the neighborhood, was destroyed by the tsunami. They were clearly rebuilding the place, but I who knows when it will be completed. Such a shame, it seemed like an amazing place
