Third stay at the Village of Blue Mountain. Stayed at the Mosaic. On our second day we went to town to buy some groceries for dinner and breakfast the next day (room has a full kitchen). When we returned, about 2 hours later, with groceries in hand, we found that our lock would not accept any one of our three... More

It was a short visit. The kids love the place. Great for taking pictures. The restaurant's prices are a little bit steep for me but only expected with places like these. The kids had a great time playing in the snow. We'd likely come back again should there be an opportunity to do so.

I would like to commend the staff at Blue Mountain for accommodating me (a new mother) and my needs perfectly this winter. I wanted to plan an adults-only overnight getaway to Blue for a day of skiing on Valentine’s Day but I wasn’t sure it would be possible. I am breastfeeding my child and when I’m away from him, I... I was away with my boyfriend last weekend, and we were in The Village at MJ Byrne's Irish Pub and when we were coming out of the pub we experienced a horrifc scene. There were about 15 security men outside of this pub and about 4 - 5 of them had a gentleman on the ground handcuffed. We did talk... More

Not exactly like Whistler or Tremblant, but good enough for Ontarians who needs to find a decent resort in Ontario. Great restaurants at this village, I strongly recommend Copper Blues & Magnone's.

If you are looking for a great ski destination don't go to Blue Mountain. All they do is run the snow making guns day and night, so in cold weather you can't see, and what they call their man made snow is like skiing through cement. If you ask their management why they can't have the snow guns going on... More

Blue Mountain Village situated close to the shores of Georgian Bay just west of Collingwood, is a very charming village where one will be fascinated by the beautiful setting of the various establishments. There are a number of hotels, shops and restaurants all set in a eye-catching way. The hills in the backdrop and the ponds within the village gives... More

it has been a few years since I was last here. It sure has changed alot. It seems there are 3 seasons in this resort area, summer, winter and fall. Fall is more for conferences. The village stroll is short but nice selection of stores and resturants. Looks like Interwest has put a ton of $$ into making this a... More

The village is lovely and there is quite a bit to do. The people running the various attractions were well organized and they ran quite smoothly. There are many restaurants but we generally found them overpriced for family meals 2 or 3 times a day. The hotel we stayed in had a kitchenette and we went out to buy food... More
