I had a great weekend at blue mountain. The hotel was clean and very nice, they had great facilities and the staff was very nice and helpful. We had a great time skiing both during the day and at night. Columbia sportswear staff were out on the hill talking about their new cool products and were giving away free gear... More

I live about 2 hours from Blue Moutain and I make the drive out every weekend to snowboard, stay and shop. There are a lot of different hotels to choose from which offer everything from breakfast, spa services and Scandinavian baths. The shops have all the lastest styles and gear as well as plenty of restaraunts to choose from. They... More

Nice place 3 hrs from Toronto. Climbing the hill in summers is fun. Nice rooms and lodges. Very cold in winter.

Went there with family tonight to have a few drinks and listen to the band (which was great). Spent 40 bucks on 4 drinks and the "Security" guys came over and told us that we 'd have to relinquish the bar stools we were sitting on. We could stand at the bar and hold onto our coats and have a... More

The Village après ski bar scene is very active often with live music as you noted. Most bars move to dance floor with standing space after 10pm. Several of the Village restaurants over more of a lounge service throughout the evening. I hope you will in fact return and explore some of the wonderful choices in the Village available for... The Blue Mountain village is a very nice place to walk around, sit and chat, grab a snack or a drink. There are many shops to browse through, but our favorite is grabbing a hot chocolate and a beaver tail with banana and Nutella and stroll around. It is open throughout the year and every season has it's own magic,... More

Blue Mountain Ski Resort offers skiers and snowboarders a midsize ski area in a vertically challenged region with few public downhill skiing options. What makes this place special is the charming village that sits at the base of the hill. Even though the village shops are pricey and the food merely so-so, it is an enchanting place. There is an... Hi so i do come to blue mountain often and let me start by saying that the staff here is really un appreciative of their customer. For example i seen a blue mountain employee talk to this Chinese family as if they were a bunch of two year olds while having a smerk on his face just because they couldn't... More

This is a cool little adventure if you live in the city or want to impress any visiting friends. The mountain itself isn't particularly impressive (more like a huge hill covered with snow) but the village is quaint and quiet, very lovely and laid back atmosphere. Not to mention the fun drive from the city. AND the mountain does look... More

Thank you for sharing your experience. We agree, with 42 ski and snowboard trails for all levels, 40 unique shops, cafes and restaurants, snowshoeing, skating and lots of family activities, we think it's a pretty cool winter place too! More

The Blue Mountain Village was a super place to visit. Great food and shopping! We didn't get to enjoy the ski slopes as there was no snow in early November but it's definitely a beautiful destination, for those who ski and those who don't!
