Excellent shops, eateries and overall very quaint. A worthwhile stop. Obviously designed after Whistler and Tremblant.

We traveled around canada for a month and this was our second stop. Our accommodation was not far from the restaurants. It was a lovely, clean and comfortable. The restaurants are very expensive and staff are generally friendly. The mountain roller coaster is fun, definitely worth a go. There are lots of activities but it would cost a fortune to... More

We chose to visit the resort this year after our positive experience for a shorter visit last summer. We vacationed with two of our daughters in a two bed, two bath condo unit in Weider Lodge. Our suite also had a fully equipped kitchen so you could reduce the cost somewhat by preparing some meals. We didn't find our stay... More

Just our observation but we found the restaurants are pricey. The price of children's meals are not worth it, let's face it a lot of people are here with kids and you need better priced options for kids and more places to sit and eat. Establishments like Poutine and Beavertails - there is nowhere to sit and eat. Even Booster... More

Had a fun time at Blue Mountain but at a cost. They have some great activities in the park, such as caves, zip wire etc and in the village further activities, such as climbing wall, mountain roller coaster, crazy golf, but all at a cost. For a family I imagine the whole experience could cost a small fortune.

There are a range of shops and activities, the village is pleasant and there are restaurants and activities as well. The shops are not the best value .... but its not in a big city so not what i'm used to.

My Family and I headed to Blue Mountain for the “Famarama Festival”, one of the many weekend events at the beautiful four season resort just outside Collingwood, Ontario, about a 90 minutes north of Toronto. We were impressed with the village’s pedestrian area with a stunning view of the mountains that are the backdrop for dozens of eateries, shops and... More

We spent 2 days in The Blue Mountains with teenagers and had a blast. I had been here before for a girlfriends shopping getaway but I was worried if the boys would like it. They LOVED it, especially the Timber Challenge High Ropes Course. There are different levels of difficulty and even the easiest "green" courses aren't for the faint... More

We were about to cancel a weekend up north due to weather and someone recommended Blue Mountain - really glad they did! I was with my parents (over 65) and my son (under 10) and I and we had a fantastic time. The 1-bedroom in the Georgian Hotel was perfect - it had a full kitchen, fridge, stove, dishwasher, toaster... We booked a couple days at Blue Mountain, when we arrived early to let them know we were there they said our room wasn't ready yet, so they upgraded us to a suite. Rooms were clean, staff was pleasant, had a very nice time. I would recommend this place as a great summer getaway
