The resort is lovely, clean and has most amenities covered. Saying that, many resorts are lovely and clean, what puts this one over the top for me is the people keeping it running so smoothly day to day. We encountered many staff members (I'm needy and have no sense of direction) and each were quick to resolve our needs with... More

I agree with some of the reviews that it isn't the easiest place for beginners but with that said my husband and I have a great sense of humor and enjoyed looking silly and falling a bunch of times. We went last year on valentines day (it wouldnt let me put the date back that far) we came for 3... More

Blue mountain is the best hill in southern ontario! By far! But it is also very busy, especially on weekends, the lines are insane compared to the other ski resorts around. Definitely worth it tho, and it's not as bad during the week

We were amazed at how well maintained the runs were. For example, the resort really did a fine job dealing with the tricky weather conditions during a late-March visit: we had spring-skiing conditions on our first day, with temperatures hovering around zero, but the next day the temperature plunged to minus 17 with the windchill. Despite this, there were hardly... More

Good convenient skiing resort. Fiendly young dedicated staff. Lift operators helpful friendly. Skip patrol very good . Food reasonably priced . Good winter holiday atmosphere.

OK, I'm a horrible skier and it had been 20 years since I skied until this last winter. This mountain is crowded and the green runs are awfully steep for a beginner! I did one run on Gord's Groove and one run on Happy Valley. Both start off fine but half-way down is pretty darn steep! I ended up staying... More

Blue Mountain is the only decent sized ski hill driving distance from Toronto. Hence I am not hoping that Torontonians would stop going there navies of one bad review, but the attitude around here has to change. I am just coming back and as every time the farthest ski lift with all black diamonds which is supposed to close at... More

Here to ski but at -31C we opted to head straight to our room and hit the hot tub with drinks in lieu of freezing our ski's off. Still a great place to go, lots of lifts and runs, lots of restaurants/bars, lots of hotel space. Underground parking is huge
