If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing experience, this is the place to go. We made use of the various hot and cold pools, the saunas and the steam "hut". It was especially tranquil to laze around in one of the many hammocks in between dips in the pools. I didn't even think about work until nearly 4pm (which... More

This is 3rd Scandinave Spa I've been too. If you are looking for the same facility as Tremblant and Whistler you'll be disappointed. It's much smaller and the pools are all cramped together. You never get the feeling of tranquility as everything is so close together there are people always close by. The other Spas are much larger and you... More

While the baths are quite nice and the massage was enjoyable, I was put off by le Scandinave. I thought the idea of renting a robe was ridiculous - I paid $300 for two massages and had to spring for the extra $12 to wear a robe for an hour...seemed tacky on the part of the spa. I also thought... More

I have been to several spas and was very excited about visiting Scandinave Spa for the first time. I was around 6.5 months pregnant at the time and was looking forward to the pregnancy massage that my husband had booked for me as a surprise. After checking in at the front desk, I was confirmed for my pregnancy massage and... More

I have been going to the Scandinave Spa since its opening. Sad to say it gets worse with each visit. Don't get me wrong this is still one of the great Spa's in Ontario close to the GTA, amidst the blue mountains and charm that the area has to offer. Despite the ever increasing charges the maintenance of the spa... More

This is definitely a once in a lifetime experience and I'm happy we tried it. I wish I would've just done the baths and skipped the massage. I go to massages regularly (at least once a month) and this was by far one of the worst (and expensive!). My masseuse (Curtis) was very nice and professional taking extra care to... More

I was disappointed with my first visit here. I've never been to a spa that charges for water, robes and just about everything except use of the baths and steam and sauna rooms. No toiletries, no complimentary coffee/tea, juice, water, muffins of cookies. Also, in the outdoor areas where you were allowed to talk quietly, we were told to be... More

If you want to guarantee entry to this beautiful spa be sure to book a massage or treatment. If you are just going to enjoy the outdoor pools... you may be disappointed and turned away. Also, it is a place of serenity and so there is no talking and loud laughing... you need to respect others who have come to... More

My husband and I went on June 14, 2015. It was a last minute decision made on a Sunday morning since it started to rain. We made a reservation for a 60 minute Swedish massage when the spa opened and was lucky enough to get 2 spots. We were not able to get DUO side by side massages as they... More

Looking for peace and quiet in natural surroundings this is it. spend two hours before my massage going to the different therapy waters (hot: 38.8 degrees C to cold plunges around 12 and 18 degrees C) to the warmth of the dry sauna and the eucalyptus steam room. Also there were chairs and hammocks to relax in. no electronic equipment/cellphones... More
