We've been there and our recommendation is: do not go there. There are so many other things you can do in Malaysia, so save your time... the "pools" are very dirty and the price (18RM per forreign adult) is too high for this park. We just get in with our feets and that was enough.

Traveled from KL, exit at Sungkai toll, just turned left and you will find the Sungai Klah Hot Spring sign board on your left. You will reached the hot spring about 8km from the sign board. It was raining drizzly, but it did not hamper visitors to enjoy this place. It has multiple pools. A huge normal pool for children... More

With the fee at rm12 for adult and rm10 for children above 4th year, you can feel the entrance fee was affordable and value for money.

It's a place 1.5 hour drive north of Kuala Lumpur. It's a very popular place for a short trip to enjoy the nature and wonder of the hot spring pools. One warning though, no outside food is allowed in the park. All food has to be purchased inside the park. So, unless you planned to have a picnic in the... More

visited the park during Ramadan month on a weekday non school hol and the park was under utilised - so we enjoyed the park - grounds, hot pool and cold pool. Staff (Raj) was very helpful and approachable. The place was unbelievably clean, the lawn well maintained. Some trees were labelled. We throughly enjoyed the 2D/1N at the park

Awesome. The water in the springs was so hot even in the weather of Malaysia there was steam everywhere! Mostly, I loved the part where we boiled eggs in this pool of natural hot water. Everyone, including little kids the age of two, held a net with an egg inside, waiting patiently (approx ten minutes if you're in the spot... More

My second time back at Sungkai Hot Springs... The first time I visited it was a working day so we had the whole park to ourselves. The recent visit we made was on a school holiday, on a weekday albeit and the Mountain Springs pool (the cool one) was packed. The hot springs pool was less packed and was very... More
