This aquarium is very thoughtfully organized. The main tank is gorgeous and it's fun to see the divers swimming around. (I do feel somewhat bad for the fish and stingrays they were harassing!) They recently added a section for the Japanese deep sea submarine, which is also pretty cool! I love coming to the aquarium every few years. They used... More

There are several aquariums in the Tokyo-Yokohama area and this is one of the best kept. There are dolphin and sea lion shows throughout the day, a touch pool, penguins, a nice jelly fish room and and fresh and saltwater fish displays. It is a mid-size aquarium with nicely kept displays. There is a craft room in the basement that... More

Had a wonderful time. Good variety of displays. Multiple language on the displays. Huge center tank with great views of all types of aquatic life. The turtles are great. I love the dolphin show and the penguins are fantastic.....

We got to see dolphin shows and penguin shows for free! The entrance ticket also allows us to visit the touch pool where we can touch starfish, baby sharks and octopus! A great first experience! The whole place can be finished in 3 hours if you plan to go anywhere else after that. My friend and I managed to take... More

The grandchildren ages seven and ten really enjoyed the Aquarium, so much so that they have a family pass for it There are plenty of exhibits but my favorites were the one with a spiral group of pilchards with other fish in a floor to ceiling display, and the jellyfish exhibit. There is a dolphin, and whale show. To me,... More

Aquarium Night is/was a long-running event that kept the aquarium open until 8 p.m. Not sure what the marketing scheme behind it was. At night or day, inside most of the aquarium is dark. They did feature some special projection displays over the main tank viewing area and in the jelly fish section for this thing. While outside, the tortoises... More

I really love the concept of the aquarium and their shows. My favourite section is Sagami Bay Tank Area and Jellyfish Hall. The atmosphere at Sagami Bay Tank area gives you a peaceful mind and a healing effects. I watched the Uugokoro (fish feeding show) and Dolferia show when i was there, and it's really amazing and beautiful. Even my... More

It was a beautiful day to be on train to Enoshima Aquarium. Found a nice rebate return ticket from our station to Enoshima Aquarium there. With the rebate ticket shown when purchasing entrance ticket, there is a 10% discount on that too. :-) This ticket is also valid for unlimited number of rides on Enoden, do not lose it. Not... More
