Picture-postcard-perfect location on the east coast of Chiba peninsula, a few hours from Tokyo. Adjacent to the sea, where surf waves roll endlessly in from the deep Pacific. An immaculately maintained park with numerous indoor and outdoor sea creature attractions. Shows throughout the day. The Orca show and the Beluga whale show are particularly impressive, the former to the backdrop... More

I grew up in the Shonan area (Kamakura, Zushi) and there always have been a few acquariums nearby, so I never had the chance to visit Kamogawa Seaworld. I went there with my 6 yr old son for the first time in late August, and this is what I thought. - It's best to purchase tickets at your local choices... More

This was such a fun place to visit! Even if you don't understand Japanese, I highly recommend you watch the shows (especially the killer whale and dolphins!). You do get extremely wet for the whale show if you're at the front so invest in a poncho or sit towards the back! You can tell that the staff take good care... More

This was my first SeaWorld experience and I will never forget that. Magical place with lots of positive energy. Very good shows, definitely you need to see all of them. We had the best weather ever so the day was perfect. Will come back one day with my whole family.

Good place to see ocean animals and fishes. It is on the beach, so after visiting the SeaWorld we walked on the beach. Very beautiful. There are several show, so check the time :-)

The killer whale show alone will definitely make your ticket all worth it. Such a magical place that will definitely give spectators life lessons on protecting the ocean in general to save and preserve marine animal lives.

It is an extremely popular aquarium that even has a billboard ad in Gotanda. When I said I was going to Kamogawa a few friends asked me if I was going to the Sea World. I had travelled to Chiba so many times but it was the first time to be there. They have a large place along the sea,... More

Clean, easy to reach, well conserved and with awesome aquariums inside. donphins and orcas shows are very good and they perform many times/day. you will not miss. i only can complain about parking area, what is too far to a toddler walk.

Terrible place to go to - would not recommend it to anyone - consider an alternative activity like an ecofriendly boat tour.
