Adult and still loving it

It has animal shows, hiking trail, horseback riding, cow farms, sheep farms and vast picnic areas. They make their own cheeses too. I tried the mentaiko cheese, it was great!

Our family enjoyed the animals and shopping. Expect to pay three times the normal prices at the food and souvenir shops.

I visited Mother Farm with my sister in May 2015, and it was beyond our expectation. We enjoyed our time feeding and petting those lovely sheep, plus, the alpaca here looks extremely funny (we couldn't stop laughing at it haha). And don't miss "Agrodome sheep show", this is the highlight of the tour! It was a bit chill when I... More

While many may feel that visiting a farm is only fun for children, I thoroughly enjoyed myself! There was good food, animals you don't see everyday, a field of flowers and an absolutely delicious chestnut ice-cream, what's there not to like? I had expected to see more alpacas (love these guys) but I only found one even though the website... More

Places like this makes parents proud to be parents. Lots of nature for the children to enjoy and lots for parents too. We drove here. Huge carpark and masses of toll road payments. But it's worth it. Special mention for the pig slapping races. It stinks but the kids really enjoy it.

We visited the place on a cold, wet windy day of April. There were only a few visitors and we felt that we owned the place. We strolled uphill to see all the attractions which both animals and sheds were well maintained and clean. Too bad that the strawberry picking were closed. So, we visited nearby strawberry farm afterwards. The... More

After doing tons of research on how to get to Mother Farm, our family (with a baby)finally made the trip in early March 2015. It was indeed a very long journey with several train changes plus the 40-minute shuttle bus from Kimitsu Station. Best to check the train schedule on www.hyperdia.com. Since we stayed at the Shibuya area, it took... More

The farm is a very happy place to be in! Animals are well looked after and there're plenty of activities for everyone; ranging from animal shows, fruits picking, horse riding to even an amusement park. We rented a car from Tokyo and drove there. Car park is huge and there's no problem finding parking. Pay when you enter. The farm... More

It takes around 2 hours drive from tokyo station to the farm but it is a big farm where you can meet many animals like sheep, piglet, cow, alpaca, etc, and not only the small kids, I am also very excited to see and touch this small animals. I went there in autumn and the weather is fine and is... More
