We booked online and received a discount, and also managed to come when it was quiet- not half term in this area. We were served by pleasant and welcoming staff and the factory tour, although small was an enthusiastic affair, with not too many people crammed in at one time. After this we were left disappointed, the first ride we... More

I have a lego mad 6 year old who and so we were all looking forward to the discovery centre. The cost of a family ticket (2 adults 2 kids) being nearly £70 was absolutely ridiculous for what was there. The lego professor looked like she needed to wash her hair and wasn't kid - friendly at all, the whole... More

We bought tickets inside the main body of the Trafford Centre because we were told that this would negate the need to queue for tickets at Legoland itself. This turned out to be wrong because when we got to Legoland there were two queues and we joined the shorter one but were then told that we had to join the... More

We visited Legoland in Trafford Centre during our holiday just before New Year’s Eve...It was nice with several stages for kids to play...It is a nice place to visit in case of a rainy day but: the food is inappropriate for both children and parents.. I would prefer healthy snacks and fresh juices instead of chips, muffins etc and the... More

We Googled this centre as we were staying with family in Manchester and had previously had a great time at Legoland Windsor. It said that it was open at 10am on a Sunday, so we arrived early to avoid the crowds (usage data suggested peak times were from 12pm). We found two queues - it turned out we had to... More

We visited on our way to London as we had bought the merlin pass. When you first go in you go through the mini land. This is Lego statues of famous landmarks. They have a 4D cinema which is a bit of a laugh, a master builder area which is a bit of a money spinner. You build a Lego... More

Greatly disappointed after traveling for hours to get there the call center could never tell me if I could enter. Finally got hold of a manager day before visit and was told there was one area and a ride someone with epilepsy can't go. This is wrong if you have photosensitive epilepsy the ride in the middle clearly states you... More

Spent a good few hours here today, both children enjoyed it, although it did get a bit crowded later in our visit, we have merlin passes and to be honest I don;t think it would be value for money if we had to pay for admission.

Ripoff, thankfully got reduced entry after 4pm but nothing more than a Softplay area with Lego bricks. Limited seating for adults to numb the pain.

I usually visit with my granddaughter who loves playing with the lego. She enjoys it when we first go in and they show you how lego is made and get all the adults and children to join in to make the machines work. Then onto a train ride shooting at targets. She loves this so much we usually have another... More
