A perfect family treat in unspoiled Japanese forest. Beautiful water falls and Ninja training experience! It's only 60 mins train ride from Tsuruhasi St in Osaka (Station joining JR and the private line Kintetsu ,Kintetsu fare:980yen one way, half price for child under 11) to Akame Guchi St. and 10 mins bus ride (350yen one way) to the Akame Water... wonderful nature walk, well maintained, fantastic colour of the autumn leaves, there is a fee at the entrance and do not forget to sample the wonderful sweet potato pastries when you come back
