Don't spend lot of time here!

It is not a clean beach. Dirty sand, dirty water. Just go to this beach for a one time watch. Go for Kashid beach. It is an awesome beach.

I liked the Bagghi ride, but the water, the sand and the place was so dirty to spend time there. The water level been low and so the mud was most disturbing point of this beach

Started from Mumbai with a plan to Alibaug. Changed it at last moment and turned the Car towards Nagao Beach. Awsome experience, very clean beach, no crowd at all like Alibaug. Lots and Lots of Water Sports...Best part was ParaSailing..

We dropped in at Nagaon at sunset time and were pleasantly surprised to find such a beautiful and clean beach (close to Alibaug, and yet significantly less popular). The beach is one long stretch of slightly blackish but firm sands, very well hidden by a long and dense stretch of casuarina trees. The sand is quite firm, yet smooth and... More

I have visited 2 times to nagoan beach. Recently we visited nagoan beach on 28 Feb 2015. However our planning was disturbed due to unexpected rain in winter. The overall experience was good. The accommodation was affordable and food was tasty. Water ports are available here like banana ride. If you like fish then you can buy them from Alibag... More

Its a nice beach for water sports.. Little away from the city centre of alibaug but worth a visit.. Good for family outing as gradual slope of sand allows kids to have fun in the water.. You can get sports equipment like football, badminton rackets, etc on rent on an hourly basis.. Parking space is ample.. Shacks are small with... More

Nagaon Beach is nice clean beach. The slope is gentle so you can go considerable deep into the sea waters. There are water sports available. You can get cricket bat, badminton rackets, football on rent on hourly basis. 300 Rs deposit 20 Rs per hour charges. Quite worth. There are changing rooms and hot water available for bath at 20-30... Its an ok beach if you want to play in the water, but the beach as such is not a pretty sight... None of the beaches in Alibaug are the ideal beaches you would like... not even close to what you get in Goa, the nearest white sand option would be Kashid, but its crowded on most days at anytime...
