Water sports are available here. The sea bed is flat for long distances. I almost walked upto 1.5km from the start of the beach and I assure its totally safe there. Depth is only nearby 3-4 feet. Not more than 4 feet. Please try this awesome flat bed beach and the weather here with all kinds of water sports (... More

Watersports...watersports and watersports. Do expect it to be crowded as there is a lot of local as well as not so decent outstation dayboarders that are attracted to this beach

Visited it on 1 Jan 2015 with my friends. Easy to reach from Mumbai. You can reach alibag and from there it is 7-8 km. You will get local transport to reach out. Beach is very long and very good. Note that its a mud beach and not a sand beach hence water is little muddy. Nice place to spend... More

I had visited Nagaon beach in December on a weekend and despite that the beach was mostly empty with very few people around. The beach is quite long and although there are many people in the areas where watersports like Parasailing, Banana boat rides etc. are conducted, there are vast stretches of the beach which are mostly empty. The beach... More

I've fallen in love with this place because of the, Exotic Location, Easy access and Stress Free travel. Our Journey started from Gateway of India(Mumbai), using PNP Ferry Service was the best part. Choosing upper deck over AC will give you the real feel of Ferry. If you're booking tickets from Mumbai, then make sure you're booking To-n-Fro tickets cz... More

Widespread, Clean beach attracts young and old both. Kids can play on the beach, make sand castles, wade into knee deep waters without any danger. Water-sports are exciting fun. Banana boat ride, sofa ride, water scooter etc were thrilling.

Alibaug is an amazing place as is and the collection of beaches that are in here is happening. As a sea person, I recommend everybody to visit Alibaug as an excursion on your visit to Mumbai as the beaches here are a little cleaner, less crowded and quite different from those of Mumbai. Nagaon Beach is one such beach. The... More
