Nagaon beach is a very nice beach, you can enjoy many water sports in that beach. Minimum price for a water sport is above Rs. 750. You might want to bargain with them for cheaper rates. There are also rides starting from 200-300 but those are not really interesting. Hotels nearby the beach provide nice food. The best time to... More

Its located near Alibaug Beach - Around 9 Kms off from Alibaug Town. This beach is a black sand beach and covers a long stretch. The sand is so black that the entire water appears quite dirty however its not that bad. Nothing Great about this beach as you won't find many attractions near by. Hotels in the nearby areas... This is a black sand beach, relatively easily accessible for Mumbai and Pune folks, which also works against it. I was there on a weekend and the beach resembled a mini fair with lots of people selling stuff. The beach itself id quite clean and would be great if it wasn't so crowded.

The Beach has a uniqueness, has a black soil, which gives you an impression that the sea water is very dirty, which infact is not. You have plenty of open spaces surrounding the beach. You can find Horse Tongas, Speed Bikes and water sports too. The best thing is that the Tongas, Bikes and Water Sports run only till 6.30... More

Nagaon beach is near Alibaugh and it is quite like other beaches nearby. The difference is that it is at a distance from Alibaugh City. People from all around come here to enjoy and take bath in the sea water. Being at a driving distance from Mumbai and Pune, lots of people throng to this beach on the weekends. The... More

We visited Nagaon & Kashid beach in 1st week of April, 2015. Preferred these beaches over others such as Alibaug etc. Only motive of visit was to enjoy beach and not monuments / forts etc. So my review is based solely on beaches. 1) Beaches: Nagaon Beach: Beach is good but with black sticky sand. Sea water here is much... More

This is another beach in konkan belt. If you want to spend some peaceful time this is perfect but try to avoid weekends as it is crowded. You will find many nearby cottages depending on your budget for staying. As I am a fish lover, I love the sea food thali here. Vegetarian people will have a little tough time... More

We did all our water sports on this beach and it was way too much fun. The prices were decent and the crew was supportive too. Plus it wasn't too crowded, so overall had good time.

Nagaon is few kilometers from Alibaug, but contrasting in nature. The beach is clean, serene & few hotels are located here. The Alibaug beach is dirty & crowded. So prefer a stay in Nagaon & enjoy the stay. The Jogdand is a near by place where beautiful Birla Mandir is located on a hillock. Murud is also near by. Nagaon can... More

It is not a clean beach. Dirty sand, dirty water. Just go to this beach for a one time watch. Go for Kashid beach. It is an awesome beach.
