I visited the place in monsoon! My bad the beach was empty due to bad weather. I heard that the beach offers water sports although I didn't see any shops for that. This beach has the potential to please anybody. Looking for another trip there soon.

Best part of this place is Cottages, run by Local people and food cooked and serve by them especially Sea Food is great .The Price charged are also very reasonable. Nagaon beach is central place for surrounding other beaches like Murud,Kashid,Akshi,Alibaug,Kihim and Mandva. Still Nagaon beach is natural and beautiful due to coconut , betel and suru trees. So what is good - Sea food cooked by villagers - eat it 3 times in a day and you would still digest it, coz it is very unlike the commerical restaurants food that u simply cannot digest. Kolambi fry, fish thali and chiken thali ... all too special, i must say. Some of the folks ask you to buy... More

Good option to explore since the famous Kashid beach is far off. Lot of options to eat & drink. Once can also park the vehicle & get into the shallow waters

Did not find it worth it to travel narrow difficult roads to reach this place which at one time could have been a beach. Now its a pile of human waste and nature degraded. Still very crowded with people and most don't care how they are spoiling these resources.
