Really thrill and fun driving in the 20 hairpin turn. We enjoy the natural the view is too good and the drive through these hair pin turns. Lot of monkeys on the way, but you would want to stop at various points to click pictures. No way you must travel to reach Yercaud from Salem is a pleasure to drive.... More

We friends drove on the 32 KM Loop Road on several occasions in day as well as night. The experience was ethereal and the sight and sounds were wonderful. We spotted a variety of flora and fauna while the road meandered through lush coffee estates. A must drive for nature lovers and discerning travellers......

The drive was very scenic and the roads all throughout were really good, the drive is mostly in forest and private estate road. Give a try if you have extra day to spend in Yercaud.

This road from Salem to Yercaud is the most favorable introduction to Yercaud. The road ,although 1x1,is quite good and well maintained. There is a toll of Rs 20 for the same. There are 20 hair pin bends. We did not experience much traffic on the way & that made the drive enjoyable. If there was even slightly more traffic ,it would not... More

On this road you will find a 180 degree hairpin turn every 5 min of the the journey. Preferred to take motion sickness pills on this route. It offers great view of tea gardens on the way.
