We visited trotters with our 2 young grandchidren who thought it was fantastic , we all enjoyed the mearcats best of all, the food in the cafe was good and the staff very helpfull.
Third time visit and still there is more to see. The staff here are amazingly friendly and very knowledgeable about the animals in their care. We were lucky this time to get there just in time to see the lima being fed. Even more lucky when we discovered there were three babies to be seen, no bigger than a small...

This place is fantastic. I didn't have terribly high hopes as these types of attractions are usually full of empty enclosures and mostly consist of deer type animals. Not here. The meerkats are an obvious hit, loads of different monkeys were hilarious, the big cats beautiful. The enclosures are large and all the animals look happy and healthy. My 4...

Spent a wonderful day here with family including our ten year old grandson. Very good facilities, informative and helpful staff who made our day with their comments and interesting delivery. Can't wait to go again!
This place has all the right ingredients for a good family day out. Lots of interesting animals, great space and opportunities to get involved with the animals. The staff seem passionate and there were improvements going on while we were there. The cafe is disappointing, a bit basic, but the soup was good. There is a picnic area, play park...

A wonderful experience at trotters World of Animals. We had a fun packed hour with the Meerkats , preparing their food and then feeding them with Adam the Keeper. Then out with John and the hawks and and an eagle flying them in the park. Notto be missed whether you are 5yrs or 55 years - we learnt so much...

There is quite a bit of work ongoing at the...

Staff were well informed and very nice. There was a girl from Denmark who was gaining experience and knowledge on her journey to become a Zoo Keeper. The meerkats were Devine and we learned a lot about their social relationships etc... We also got to feed them! The rest of the park was well kept and interesting
My wife and I visited this small zoo on a week long trip to the Lake District. The worst thing about it is trying to find it. The only brown tourist sign we saw pointing us in the right direction was at the end of the lane that it is on. The lady in 'Londis' in Keswick deserves praise for...
