This place is awesome! The service and safety is their number one concern. We would recommend this to anyone who wants an adventure! Our group of 6 included 6 yr old twin boys and their grandparents who are in their 70's We all went on every zipline and never felt afraid or uncomfortable. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable... More

As a first time zip-liner, this was the best experience I could have gotten! Booked a reservation a couple weeks before our trip, and received a response confirming our reservation right away--Already a great start compared to a majority of companies we tried to book reservations for while planning our trip! Getting there was a little rough, as Google Maps... More

Everything about ziplining with JungleQui was great. Don't worry about sketchy feeling entrance with a very rough road into what used to be a YMCA campus. The guides were professional, personable, & competent. My kids especially enjoyed the 4th & 5th zip lines which were long & went across a river & back. Parents can walk along trails below if... Our best time there -- didn't think all 4 (including me) would do it, but both grandparents and grandkids LOVED it and the crew.

Christopher and Abrahm were excellent guides! It was very obvious that they knew exactly what they were doing. My cousin actually went zip lining with a broken foot and they took extra care with her, making sure she was safe while having a blast at the same time. The zip lining was so much fun and this experience made our... More

We chose Jungle Qui for the great reviews and we can back up every positive... fun for all of us, both middle aged parents and teen boys 18 and 16. Staff is friendly and focus on safety. Even though there were about 10 of us in our group, followed by another of similar size, we kept moving, so you were... More

We spend 1/2 day hiking throughout the rainforest and then had lots of time to spend near/in waterfalls. Kids enjoyed it. If you're in the area it's worth the time to visit. We hired a tour guide form our hotel but you could go on your own if you have a car. Wear bug spray.

Really friendly staff. When driving to park, really skinny rocky roads were a little nerve wracking. It would have maybe liked one that was higher up so we'd have seen waterfall.

learning about the rain forest/history of the area - some eco-friendly tips. We learned that while the top industry in puerto rico is pharmaceuticals, they do use up much of the rain forest completing their work. I think they should have a mandatory re-plant policy!
