This was so much fun! I went with my friend and she is more adventurous than I am, but I felt completely safe and was able to enjoy the experience. The guys who work there are great! We had Chris and Luis (I think these were there names), they were fun and knowledgeable, another guy (who's name I don't know)... More

My BF and I went on this trip last year. We didn't really know what to expect. The guides were nice and entertaining and the zip lines were very short, but terrifying to me (scared of heights). There was a lot of buckle in-out and with 10 people in our group, it took a little while.

We have a family with kids from 20 to 6 and everyone had a fun time. The staff is friendly, safe, and knowledgeable. We would return. BTW, the ziplines have two cables, not just one. We also did short hikes in the rainforest and swam in the river.

If traveling to Puerto Rico, you should definitely check into this travel agency to see the heart of El Yunque.

Our family, from in-laws in 60's to kids from ages 7-22, went on a day that had a chance of rain. We zipped two lines and then the rain came. It rained really hard but it just added to the experience! The staff was great. And all of us really had a great time. Some were a little nervous but... More

My wife and I along with other family members visited today and had a great time zip-lining. We have been zip-lining at a few other places in other countries and found this to be among the best we've experienced. The guides are very friendly and professional. They are safety focused and make everyone feel comfortable. It was a little shorter... More
