A wonderful way to spend a couple of " fond memories " hours with family , views outstanding , highlight was swimming at the falls at the bottom of the trail . Make sure you take sand shoes to get in water as there is rocky bottom and slippery boulders , also gym shoes a must for comfort .

Zipline guides made this even more enjoyable. So much fun! Definitely worth it! Make sure to bring or wear your swimsuit, as there are natural pools to swim in as well.

We visited the park on a wed morning. I had my 18 and 20 year old but we had a small girl who was about 8 in our group and she did great. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable from talking about the forest and river to showing how the ancient Indians got face paint from stones and painted... More

We showed up early in the morning hoping we could get in without reservations for a party of five, which we were the first people there and had no problems with being accommodated. The whole staff was super friendly, and were funny the whole time. The natural pools were beautiful, and there were seven ziplines and one place where you... More

I did a last minute reservation to visit the park last week with my family. The administrator and manager were very friendly; they made it possible for us to go on the 12:30pm tour! The guides were A bunch of fun. They made it easy for us. At first were we scared, but thanks to them we could enjoy the... More

There staff running the operation in the lines are great, very attentive and really want you to have fun. If you work with group of people it's all good until you have a complaint or situation. Their manager doesn't know how to listen, talk or address issues. Customer 101, sorry but this is the service industry specially when you pay... More

The staff did a wonderful job reassuring me that my daughter and I would be ok. They were very kind, patient, and understanding. I already can't wait to go back and do this again with both kids now...and also try the tubing!

This was great! All the staff is so nice and caring. The feeling of being "Jane zipping to Tarzan" definitely was brought up lol! Going through the trees and over the river was so nice. But afterwards getting IN the river was key to cool off and relax. Full experience!!! So thankful to Melvin, Angel, Jose and Javier who were... More
