Sundivers is located on one of the best beach dive spots I've seen. They have a great rental shop and will supply lessons and guides if you want. We rented our gear, walked about 35 feet from the shop, down a set of steps and into the ocean. From there you can go straight out about 100 yards to where... More

We just got back from a wonderful shore dive on Turtle Reef/Macabuco. Great dive, easy entry, short swim and excellent mini wall. The tarpon are not to be missed. Staff is super friendly and they have a great setup at the shoreline.

Great and friendly and very knowledgable staff, everyone very helpful, I was lazy and didn't bring my gear, also because I think it needs service, so I rented bcd and reg, very good quality. It was an awesome dive, the tarpons are always there, turtles often also, and so much more. It's really easy to navigate there, you can not... More

I did a refresher course with Sundivers, followed by a full shore dive of Turtle Reef, while in port on a cruise just prior to Christmas. Steve was my instructor and guide. The short story is that Steve was great in and out of the water, and everyone there proved to be concerned first and foremost with customer satisfaction. I... More

These guys have a great set up for shore diving. There's plenty of bench space to set up, segmented away from where non-divers might be wandering in, and a couple separate tables for cameras. The rinse tanks were clean and the camera one was clearly marked. These guys were also very accommodating about leaving us some tanks outside the shop... More

My wife and I regularly dive at Macabuca. The dive starts from a tidal pool. Be sure to wear boots as there are a lot of urchins. The mini-wall is a short swim (5 minutes or less). You can turn left or right (ahead is sand). We have been left more ties than right. The sea life is better to... More

Nice shore dive with easy ladder entrance & friendly staff. Easy to maneuver your way around & always a chance to see lots of rays & tropical fish. The reef is beautiful & allows for great photos.
