The chocolates are beautiful, interesting flavours and very good quality. The hot chocolate in the cafe is amazing - a real winter treat.

Managed to find this gem by accident and wow what a find, amazing service, best cup of tea in ages and the patisserie offerings were sublime. Ate too much as the cakes were gorgeous and I'm not good at self control. Wish we had somewhere like this at home.

Having recently moved to Northumberland we have tried Cabosse a few times with mixed experiences. The almond croissant is to die for but generally the range of food is limited, with no attempt to adapt whats on offer to customer needs. My husband is a veggie and on the menu when we first went the menu said ask about our... More

What a find! it compliments the beautiful village of Warkworth perfectly. The hot chocolate was sublime, equal to anything I have had in France or Italy, so unlike the awful stuff that passes for hot chocolate in the UK. And the cakes! Wonderful. Expensive perhaps, but so worth it!

Ordered croissants for the following morning. Collected them already boxed & took them to our cottage to enjoy. I was very disappointed; they were smothered in icing sugar which might be usual, I don't know but in this case covered the over cooked pastries, one side was as brown as a chestnut! If I had seen them I would have... More

If you love chocolate, and who doesn't, then this place will drive you insane!! The choice of delicious stuff is overwhelming - beware you could spend a fortune! But it's worth it!,

delicious cakes of all sizes - light as a feather and as a cake should be - not covered in multi-coloured goo.... or a muffin with sprinkles - all of which shops seem to think qualify as patisserie.

Bought two ice creams and spent eight pounds on eight chocolates. The Ice cream was reasonably priced and really good quality. The chocolates were, in flavour and quality, just a bit below Cadbury's Roses, while in price they were a bit above Le Chat Bleu (probably the best chocolatier in the world). Something wrong with the business plan I think.

we thought we had ordered a pot of tea for two, but instead we were given a teapot of hot water and two tea bags to dunk. This we found was not what you would expect, we could have sat in the car and done this for ourselves and the price was high for that privilege.

Absolutely scrumtious. The hot chocolate is to die for! One of the most talented chocolatiers in the world.
