I will give you the the honest opinion on this resort. First I will give you the good. The staff at the lobby check in/out was great...very fast and spoke english very well. The staff was great except of the towel guys...more on that in the bad. Food was good...remember, this is Cuba not at 5 star restaurant in Toronto...lots... more
