As with other peoples reviews I can honestly say that my husband and i was very impressed with Santa Rosa. We stayed for one week and was well prepared with our own travel kettle as was suggested by other reviews. WARNING do not use this hotel if you want air-con. It is advertised WITH AIR CONDITIONING. after repeatedly complaining to the management that our room was constantly 25 degrees they said the maintenance man said it was working ok. We have just arrived back from this hotel on the 29 november after a weeks holiday. We found the staff really friendly and extremely helpful. The food was good,location was just about right,about 10 minutes from beach. The room was a nice size with a good size balcony.
