After extensive research online, I stumbled upon Beijo do Vento as an ideal choice. It really is a short walk to the beach, as well as to the Arraial d'Ajuda city center. The location is absolutely amazing--the view is even better in person than in the photos on the web site. The rooms were comfortable (we booked panoramic view rooms)... more
