Went in 2005 part of a group. We were ridiculously late because of the flight but they kept us food for when we arrived. The lifts/elevatorss broke down constantly and were sketchy to use when they actually were working. Some of the reception staff were a bit cold but spoke good english. The night guard also spoke quite good english.... more
The hotel and location was fantastic the best hotel we have stayed in. more
jus want 2 say costa encandata was amazing.. everyting was brilliant.. friendly staff. nice food.. the place was spotless.. cant say a bad thing about it.. would deffo b back.. more
