My wife and I visited for 3 days during early October, 2009. We enjoyed everything about the Inn. The room was very nicely furnished and decorated, clean, and comfortable. We headed from Boston in the morning making phone call to book the room quite late (12hrs prior to arrival) which was no problem at all, however it was late Fall. My friend and I went there for dinner last night and it was fantastic. I hadn't eaten there in a while and was pleasantly surprised. They apparently have a new chef and a new menu now. You will not find better food or a better value anywhere in Newport. Do yourself a favor and "pop" in. more
