We would have never discovered this gem of a restaurant without our friends from Riga. But we're so glad we did. We found this hotel via the Latvian Tourist site and on arrival we could not believe how stunning and unusual this 'hotel' was. Although it doesn't have the usual things associated with hotels like a front desk or lifts, it was a novelty and very comfortable stay. It cost 60 lats for the night. We stayed 2 nights at the TUKO, an in town hotel with 16 rooms on the second floor of the local sports hall. The room was VERY clean with minimalist style scandanavian furniture and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The cost was a reasonable $24.00 per person without breakfast.
