In the past few years, I have been to Ross Isaac's maybe 7 or 8 times. Every time, our food was delicious and well prepared. We have had great service and friendly hostesses. The Homestyle Inn was initially hard to find due to the rain storm and the Inns outside lights were not on. Check in was easy, room was clean, everything was operational. I know why Springfield has such a rotten reputation for decent hotels. Good luck finding one in Springfield. The capper on this hotel-- I called three times to talk to the manager after our stay and he blew me off three times! One time he said, "I know who you are and I'll call you right back." Never did. WTH?... more
