This Hotel is for german and croatian families mainly. The staff are pleasant and can speak english when you do not have any problems but as soon as any problems arise they struggle to speak english. The manager was uncontactable when it suited the reception staff and immediately contactable under other circumstances. The bookings were mucked up and the requested... more
