We stayed for two nights on a recommendation from a Bulgarian friend in the hotel apartment – it was simple, but well decorated with warmly coloured rugs and traditional wooden furniture – the hosts were very proud of the traditional Bulgarian style. A century old Orthodox chirch situated in the mountains of Stara Planina in Bulgaria, very beautiful and serene. The chirch recently was renovated, so all the colors are vibrant and shiny. Hidden in the tall pine trees. more
