PROS: -smooth check in -nice, clean and well-maintained rooms and building -very helpful and friendly staff: staff at the restaurant assisted us in our needs, front desk staff helped us with directions to places where we wanted to go (showed us turn by turn directions using the map and gave us tips too), took care of our room needs -restaurant:... more

We stayed at about ten different places on a recent family vacation through Tennessee, Virginia, and North Carolina, and the Wingate in Greensboro was easily the best of all of them. Will definately stay here again. Not the nicest Hyatt (my favorite hotel chain BTW) I've stayed in, but definately Hyatt standard. Huge plasmas a great bonus - comfy sectional and super comfy bed.
