Horrible service. Hostess and assistant were totally clueless and rude. Called ahead told to come right away (we did) no line, lots of tables kept waiting for 15 minutes. Finally seated, server even ruder (russian accent). Expensive entrees, plus $3.95 for a salad. Left and went to Park Grille - excellent service - wonderful food, great atmosphere. more

Just spent the weekend at Johson's Inn. Great location, 2 blocks off the Parkway. Very close to The Village. Usually we stay at the Clarion or a condo but planned this trip at the last minute so we decided to cut some costs and stay at a little less expensive place. We have gone to Gatlinburg for 2 years now for a "cheesy" weekend to break up the winter monotony in January or February.
