This is a large town house converted into a B&B. As such, the rooms I saw felt like student accommodation, with bedrooms in what would originally have been lounge areas. this house is so lovely and the innkeepers were always very friendly. the room was good and he breakfast delightful. really homelike. we enjoyed our stay at the beech tree inn very much. more

We stayed here while attending a wedding nearby -- didn't want the "official wedding hotel," which was the Holiday Inn a block away. They were very flexible about letting us arrive early and leave our car there late on the day we checked out, using the public areas even before/after we had access to our room. Food and coffee/tea available... more
