We just stayed at the Wingate this past weekend. We went to Rome for a hockey tournament so we went there with a bunch of families with teenage boys. The check in was no hassle, the rooms are new and very clean and the breakfast has everything you need. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. They let the boys... more

This is an institution which has kept up with the times. During the Eisenhower years, it became the informal Officers' Club for the fighter boys of the 27th, 465th, and later the 49th.
