We have stayed at this site yearly for many years and have enjoyed our stays. This visit we found out that it is a waste of time to try to talk to the front desk if you have a problem .......:( more

My husband and I booked the room last December when it was still Holiday Inn Express. We were never told of the change. I only found out by accident. When we checked in the door to the room was open. After we got our belongings in the room I found a mass of bugs in the corner of the ceiling.... more
