We just stayed at this hotel. It is far below average Marriott standards. The room was on the third floor, 328. The hotel needs renovation. The bathroom was flat out ugly, especially the Jacuzzi tab. My wife and I stayed May 3rd-5th. This hotel has a GREAT LOCATION to the Biltmore, but needed to be redone probably more than a year ago.
