Okay, bear in mind that (1) we're talking commissary-type, very, very low profile dining in the cafe off the tourist shop at Bandelier. First, it is not air conditioned. This is not that big a deal in the mountains of New Mexico, but if you're used to constant AC, it will feel stuffy and uncomfortable. They do provide fans though.
