First, I would like to say that I have stayed at five stars, four....down to bottom star. I am a seasoned traveler. I like the Westin. It isn't special. It is OK. The rooms are nice, and the beds are nice....soft. I wouldn't have that bed in my home, but I slept like a baby. It freaking rocks. HERE comes... more

We had to change our room twice in one day. We changed the first room because the toilet overflowed. This occured after they"fixed it". We were in the second room for less than 3hours because the a/c was not working. We sat in the room sweating in Guam' s heat and humidity. The first maintenance guy we called seemed to... more

Very nice staff and willing to help. The maid service never did give me any washcloths after the first day, during my 3 day stay. The business center was open 24 hours a day which was nice, but you could only get free wireless if you had brought your own laptop and used in the business center. It cost to... more

We have stayed here several times under both company names and do so only because the room rate is reasonable and it's close to the airport. Under the Ramada brand name, it still lacks customer service and a reasonable level of amenities. New tv's were added, fresh carpet and new bath amenities. The beds lack comfortable pillows and the sheets... more

Stayed at Marriott Resort in Tumon Bay and found it to be one of the dirtiest Marriotts I have ever stayed in. Once they took over the hotel about 20 years ago it looks like the only thing they did was hang a picture of JW Marriott in the lobby. The exterior is dirty and in need of a fresh... more

The Fiesta has a good location on the beach & is set back from the road a little more than the other hotels in Tumon Bay. The staff were very helpful, as I needed to ask directions to the restaurant as it wasn't easy to find. more

I travel to Guam about once a year for business, stay 3-14 nights at a time. While I have stayed at the Marriott and the Holiday Inn, I very much prefer to stay at the Hilton. Staff in always friendly and considerate and the location is hard to beat for business travel, as long as you have a car. And... more

I was a bit apprehensive about staying at this hotel based on previous reviews, but my fears would prove to be unfounded. The room was adequate - clean beds, properly-stocked and clean bathroom, refrigerator, safe ($3/day), old CRT television with cable TV, functional air-conditioning, amazing poolside/seaside view. Internet access is NOT wireless, and costs $11 a day. Yes, the carpets... more

I booked the standard double room (which was classified to be 'ocean view' room) through a flight and accommodation package. I arrived on an early flight that day and after waiting in the lobby from 1000 to 1445, I was given a room on the sixth floor facing the west (63x). The room was dark, old and had stains on... more

After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor, we had an idea of what to expect from the Guam Marriott Resort and Spa. We were very nervous as the taxi approached the hotel, as we had our four-and-a-half month old daughter in tow. However, the Guam Marriott far exceeded our low expectations, and turned out to be an excellent place to... more

We moved to the Westin after being at Leo Palace in Yona. I was very happy to arrive to a room (smaller than the Leo Palace) where the beds were like floating on clouds compared to the last beds we slept on. The room appeared to be clean when we arrived, but after spending some time there I noticed stains... more

I stayed at the Fiesta Resort in January and March on business trips. The hotel was selected and booked by the business for its location and value. As a first time traveler to Guam I was impressed with the beautiful setting on Tumon Bay and the hotel's service and amenities. In January I had a junior suite, and in March... more

The locaton was good and the staff reasonably accomodating, but the hotel room we stayed in was terrible. The beds were as hard as rock and very squeaky. There was a gap between the entry door and the floor. Some wall sockets didn't work. The floor had not been swept after the previous occupants. Outside was noisy due to the... more

Although previous reviews doesn't paint a glamorous picture of the rooms, we didn't spend that much time in our room. We were in "A" tower on the 11th floor the room was clean and we did have maid service every day. It is time to have these rooms renovated and modernized. Everything else about PIC was great. I would cautiously... more

The Marriott Guam does not live up to the Marriott name, or else the Marriott brand is getting really bad. The hotel is very outdated. The rooms themselves are okay, but the bathrooms are terribly and look about 30 years old. In the first room we got, the toilet leaked and there was water under the bathroom floor tiles! After... more

On way through to Micronesia, got forgotten at the airport despite booking transfer in advance - not happy at 5am after a long flight. Staff not really that bothered - on the way back to the airport the driver was excellent but he seemed the only one who was bothered really. Hotel full of young American service people who were... more

Having not had a great experience on my way out to Micronesia in The Hilton I decided to stay at the Hyatt on the way back and very glad I did, although again forgotten at the airport, they more than made up for this. The staff were very apologetic and didn't charge me for any transfers and checked me in... more

Pros: 1. Location is good since the hotel is in a secluded spot far from the usual tourist noise, but still within tolerable walking distance of shops 2. Unlike other reviews, the king size bed was soft and comfortable 3. Staff was generally friendly and helpful although the assistant manager who did the checkout could learn to smile more often... more

We were pleased with this hotel. The lobby and public areas are very nice and the pools and grounds are nicely landscaped. The beach is beautiful, white powder sand. The water was crystal clear with a nice sandy bottom. You could walk a long way out before it got deep. Looks like all rooms have full ocean views and we... more
