The Capital Bay is one of our families favorite get aways. It is right nest to Tarza Water Park and near TGIFriday's, Planet Hollywood, Hard Rock Cafe, Pearl Cafe, Galleria, etc. The rooms are larger than most other hotels in Tumon and have connecting doors for families. It was very pleasant that after our arrival at the airport an employee of Hilton was waiting for us with a sign with my name on it. (I had made a reservation in advance with the hotel for airport transfer at a rate of 10 US.) It was app. a 10-minute drive in the middle of the night. Check-in however... more

I agree the the other commenters on here about the general condition of the hotel, i.e. not the worst I've encountered, but a bit tired; food OK; service very nice; view generally stunning. What I found sad and disturbing was the general condition of the outdoor areas, including the beach and the path along the cliffside--bottles, cans, cigarette butts, junk... more
