My wife and I have previously stayed at the Hyatt Regency, Marriott, and Nikko Hotels in Guam, and the Sheraton Laguna Guam beats them all. (Granted, we stayed at the Hyatt and Marriott in 2003, so those hotels may have changed. But the Hyatt was a huge disappointment, as our room was filthy, with bugs and lizards, and the food... more

I wanted to stay at a "Boutique Hotel" for our relocation rather than a full service hotel on Tumon Bay or the smaller hotels in Tamuning. The pictures on the web site looked very nice. My husband was on Guam prior to our move and went to the hotel to see it and pick the room he wanted to stay... more

On arrival: When I arrived at the hotel a few hours later than what we've originally told to the hotel, my room as well as my colleagues' were not ready and we were told to wait outside... We waited for maybe approx. 5-10 min. It's OK. It cannot be helped, maybe there were so many guests on that day so... more

My husband and I have recently had a week at 'The Sante Fe Hotel in Guam. It more than lived up to our expectations. Away from the crowds and main shopping areas it made for a real break. We were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. A beachfront hotel with a glorious setting for swimming in the... more

This was by far the best hotel I have been in Guam. I am a H member and Marrioot Rewards Plat. However I tried Sheraton Laguna Guam and found it peacful, relaxing and staff very hospitable. They have the best service and top it all, check out the Ansgna Spa, just thinking about the massage , I think I need... more

I stayed at this hotel for a week in Jan 2009. It's a basic hotel, rather isolated. But if you're not a fussy traveller, then it's definitely a great deal for a reasonable price for budget-travellers like myself. My room was clean, insect-free, with aircon, TV and small fridge. Quiet too. The staff were friendly and gave me tips for... more

This Japanese-owned property caters to Japanese families with young kids who travel as part of a tour package. We did see one or two non-Japanese families but those were rare sightings. As I speak Japanese and have a 10-year-old son this was a fine place for an active kid who likes the water. The attached water park is free for... more

I have traveled the world and stayed at many resorts and this was by far the worse... Anything that could go wrong went wrong... The hot water went from scalding hot to ice cold while I was still in the shower and when maintance was called they simply took a quick look and told us that was just how it... more

The hotel staff are not friendly but not rude. Just a hotel has no character.. you cannot ask for more... the room is ok but not good... it's hard to ask for a double room with one large bed... they said they only have 7 out of 200 rooms which have one king size bed... it surprised me... the breakfast... more

I had a 24-hour layover in Guam during a recent Pacific trip. I chose the Ohana Bayview based on reviews, location, and price. While the staff was pleasant, this hotel is rundown and shabby. The first room I was given was dirty, with sheets that had obviously not been changed. The next room was only slightly better, but at least... more

I stayed here for a week and had to go to the front desk 11 times to get internet passwords that usually were already 20-60% used by someone else. and door key reset. The food is absolutely HORRIBLE..DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT TRYIN THEIR SURF & TURF. I waited 37 minutes for an appitizer. Their version of a KING bed... more

This location is at the Sheraton Hotel. We went on 2 dives. Both sites offered nothing to view, except the Dive Master killing an octopus for his dinner. Not very enjoyable. Seriously, a few small fish and low quality reefs. On teh second dive we spent most of our time along a sand reef. C'mon, is that the best you... more

After a gruelling two days of travel from New York to go to Thailand, we had to re-route to Guam on a split second decision once landing in Japan to discover that Thailand was closed due to political uprising. Not knowing any better, we booked quickly with SPG to the only "5 1/2 star" resort in the world, the Sheraton... more

I took my wife there for our Honeymoon dinner. I ordered the steak dish and the steak and lobster dish. Neither one had much taste at all. I felt totally ripped off. I should have stayed home and cooked her meal myself. I could have done a much better job as an armature. If you want good tasting steak DO... more

The hotel itself is a bit outdated in looks (say late 80's-early 90's), but it is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a 2 bdrm condo and it was large and comfortable. The supplies in the kitchen are limited, but doable with a family of 4. The beds aren't overly comfortable, but they aren't... more

For business reasons, I had to book at this facility and was impressed at around $100/night with car rental thru Hertz at the airport. The facility is right on the beach with a great view from the outdoor restaurant. Room was clean, although the bed and bedding were extremely mediore. The amenities are basic. It is well maintained and run.... more

I do NOT recommend this hotel, even though its location is awesome. Reasons are following; 1. Your reservation can be canceled without confirming with you. 2. A housekeeper is not aveilable even when he/she forget to leave new towels, and the reception doesn't care your towels. 3. You can make a payment by your credit card, but unaccountable lines may... more

This was a huge disappointment. I took my daughters there for a summer getaway before school starts. They thought the water park was going to be a lot bigger than it was. I was a bit surprised at the lack of lifeguards. I think I saw two...the whole time. We went to the beach to go snorkling and to our... more

I booked a 1 bedroom unit and was upgraded to a Condo unit upon arrival. Very good sized 2 bdrm, 2 bath with full kitchen and living area. It reminds me of a very nice beachhouse.
